1. Job vacancies release
Lizhong Wheel Group will release its job vacancies in the following ways:

2. Resume delivery
Applicants can deliver their resumes according to the job vacancies posted by the company. Resumes for positions that are currently not available will be collected into our talent bank.
3. Resume screening
On each workday, recruiters will update and maintain the posted recruitment information and conduct preliminary screening of the resumes received. We will invite the candidates to take interviews by phone, emails or messages within 10 workdays after the resumes are delivered.
4. Interview organizing
According to different positions, the candidates may participate in written test, the first interview and the second interview, etc. Candidates should prepare the following materials for the first interview:
a. Blue or black carbon pens or ball pens;
b. Graduation certificate and a copy of it (candidates with a bachelor's degree or above also need to prepare their degree certificate and a copy of it);
c. Other qualification certificates (e.g., English proficiency certificate, computer grade certificate, accounting certificate and other professional qualification certificates);
d. Identification card and a copy of it.
5. Admission notification
We will inform the qualified persons of admission by phone or messages within five workdays after the interviews. Unqualified persons will not receive notification, and their resumes will be included in our talent bank. We will contact them when there is any suitable job vacancy.
Graduating students who passed the interviewshould mail their tripartite agreements (personal information and company information need to be filled in) to the company within five workdays after receiving the offer. Those who do not mail their tripartite agreements within five workdays and do not explain the reason are regarded as giving up the job opportunity.
Graduating students will be arranged to register in batches on March 1 or July 1, according to their time of graduation; others will register in accordance with the designated time in the admission notification by phone, short message or email. Those who do not show up at the time of registration without special reasons will be regarded as giving up their job opportunities.
According to different positions, the probation ranges from two months to six months. During the probation, probationers need to participate in training and practice as required. The probation will be prolonged for those who do not pass the tests of training or practice.
