The group has two nationally recognized laboratories with the most cutting-edge wheel detection means and the strongest detection capability in the world at present. The laboratories own more than 200 sets of equipment of all kinds, including inductively coupled plasma spectrometer, CMM, hardness tester, Zeiss scanning electronic microscope, solid aluminum alloy slag inclusion quantitative detector, X-ray diffractometer, fatigue bending machine, radial fatigue machine, rim rolling test machine, 13° impact test machine, 30° / 90° impact test machine, salt spray test cell, damp-heat test box, filiform test box, condensate water testing machine, xenon weatherometer, gravel impact machine, etc. The laboratories are able to carry out more than 90 test items of four major detection fields (dimension measurement, alloy material properties, reliability and safety, plating and coating performance), forming a complete detection system from the incoming inspection of raw materials to the ex factory inspection of finished products. The detection capability almost covers all detection items for wheels of all automotive OEMs around the world, from materials, properties to size, impact test and fatigue test and to paint performance detection of finished wheel products. Among them, the rim rolling test, filiform test detection and radial 90° impact testing machine designated by BMW are the detection experiment carried out for the first time in China. The company passed the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment for the first time in 2008, and the detection reports issued by the company have been widely accepted by international mainstream automotive enterprises.
