In order to create more learning opportunities for employees and systematically cultivate excellent middle and senior managers, the Group has launched the first "Management • Methodology • Research" training course for middle and senior managers since March 2015.

More than 40 middle and senior managers in Baoding and Tianjin were trained in the "thinking methods and values" by external teachers of the Group. It took nearly a year from the program design, course teaching to the successful completion of this training course. Finally, 26 qualified students were selected and given material rewards through attendance and paper evaluation results.

This training class has effectively created a learning atmosphere and improved the training effect by using the method of "teaching+discussion". During this period, the Group's Board of Directors and management leaders learned about the training progress for many times and gave important instructions, which fully reflected their high attention to this training course and their ardent expectations for the trainees, and hoped that all the trainees could make further efforts and create better achievements in the future work.
