In order to adapt to the rapid development of the Group and constantly improve the business level of middle and senior managers, according to the leadership's instructions and the Group's training plan in 2015, the Group's Management Department, together with the Human Resources Department of Alloy Group, launched the "Management • Methodology • Research" training course. The opening ceremony of the training course was held in the afternoon of March 13 and the first teaching was conducted.

The main training contents of the training course "Management • Methodology • Research" are: how to understand and implement the basic principles and principles of management; On the basis of systematic, contingency and multi-dimensional integrated thinking methods, a thinking method with a global concept is formed; Use various financial concepts to conduct cost analysis and improve cost management efficiency. The training class is taught by external teachers of the Group. One training class is set up in Baoding and Tianjin respectively. The first training class, Baoding and Tianjin, organizes 20 courses each, and is held every other week. The trainees are some middle and senior managers in Baoding and Tianjin.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman Zang Ligen delivered a speech and made an important speech for the training. He hopes to cultivate a group of outstanding elite managers through training and other forms, leading the industry in terms of industry knowledge, management skills and professional knowledge and skills.
